TO QUALIFY
Three times the monthly rent in proven gross income: $6,150.00 per month. A minimum credit score of 600 for each applying adult. One month of pay stubs for each applying adult, consisting of the three most recent pay stubs, or a letter from Human Resources confirming annual salary. Independent contractors may provide tax returns and/or a profit-and-loss statement as proof of income. A valid driver’s license or photo identification. No prior evictions or money owed to another landlord. This is an automatic disqualification with no exceptions.
We accept co-signers.
Co-signers must have a minimum credit score of 700 and a verifiable rental or homeownership history. Pay stubs and bank statements must be provided as proof of income. A hard credit inquiry and criminal background check will be completed.
All minimum standards and requirements must be met to qualify for one of our apartments.

RESIDENT BENEFITS PACKAGE
All Four Points Property Management, LLC residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package. The RBP is available for $29.99 per month and includes renters insurance, credit-building services for timely rent payments, move-in concierge assistance with utility connections and home-service setup, a resident rewards program, and more. Additional details will be provided during the application process.
Residents may opt out of the RBP by providing proof of qualifying renters insurance before moving in.
SECURITY DEPOSIT OPTIONS
Four Points Property Management has partnered with Rentable to simplify the security-deposit process. Security deposits are held through Rentable’s partner bank, and all related information is available through the Rentable platform.
Rentable also offers flexible payment options, allowing eligible residents to pay the security deposit in full or spread payments over 3, 6, or 12 months.
